Fading West was founded in 2016 with one belief: that essential workers deserve to live in the communities they serve. We set out to solve an impossible problem by reimagining how homes are built entirely.
how we do it
In 2021, we opened a 110,000-square-foot climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Buena Vista, Colorado. Built for efficiency and quality, our factory allows us to reduce project costs by up to 20%, deliver homes in half the time of traditional construction, and ensure every home meets rigorous quality standards — all in a controlled environment designed to eliminate the delays and unpredictability of site-built construction. Today we build 25+ homes per month, with flexible floor plans ranging from single-family homes to multi-unit developments — precision-built, delivered to your site, and ready to finish faster than you thought possible.
