Hawaii Disaster Relief
Fading West built and delivered 82 modular homes to Maui in just two months, providing families with a fresh start after the wildfires. Designed to reflect Hawaii’s culture, these homes offer a sustainable, cost-effective housing solution.

LARKSPUR APARTMENTS
Fading West built 52 modular apartments for the Town of Breckenridge, cutting approval time from two years to six months. This solar-ready community features studio, one-, and two-bedroom units and will open in June 2024.

Vail Habitat for Humanity
Fading West is partnering with Habitat for Humanity Vail Valley to build 16 modular homes, creating a new neighborhood in Eagle. With land donated by Eagle County School District, this project prioritizes housing for local educators and is set for completion in August 2024.
